SHIPPING METHODS
For delivery of orders we have chosen to work with the best companies for your service:
- Geniki Taxydromiki & ELTA Courier – for shipments within Greece
- DHL – for overseas shipments
PRODUCT DELIVERY TIME:
Orders which are registered on business days until 15:00 p.m. in our online store www.taxiarxes-monastiriaka.gr and provided the product is available, are usually delivered within four business days to big cities and towns. For the rest regions, the delivery varies accordingly and can reach 5 working days. In areas defined as inaccessible by the cooperating courier company, delivery time may be different. The delivery time has been estimated approximately, based on the particular properties of the products, as well as any other difficulty.
To avoid additional shipping costs, the order is executed when all the products included in it are available. Products are delivered from Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 15:00 p.m., from Geniki Taxydromiki and DHL courier companies. For products that are available upon request, we will contact you to inform you about the delivery time of the products.

For very heavy or large products, the order is sent by a transport company, upon contact.
There are no shipping costs for orders over € 60.00 and up to 5 kg weight within Attica.
OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS WITH DHL COURIER
Overseas shipments, DHL courier is the best, thanks to safe transport, through two services offered, economy and express. For Cyprus and Malta there is only express service, while for the rest of the European Union there is also an economy service.
The cash on delivery service does not apply to overseas shipments. The cost of the order and the shipping cost are paid upon the completion of the order in the final stage of the shopping basket in the following ways: Credit card | PayPal | Bank deposit.
* If the country to which the products are shipped and delivered is not in the European Union, possibly you will be asked to pay customs duties and / or other charges by the competent authorities. Customers in these cases have to pay the extra costs. Our company does not have any responsibility nor any obligation to cover or reimburse these costs.
